- The Botany Science used to be so different. Without internet or a lot of books, a lot of the science being done was simply going out and about, and writing down what you saw. There's something very satisfying about these old botanic books where people drew every plant or beetle they found with clinical precision, making a start in completing our knowledge and understanding of the world. These drawings inspired us for our D A I S Y J A M E S Wallcover: The Botany. Simple and not over styled, but incredibly detailed images that despite serving an educational purpose, are still damn fine to look at.

- The Platinum Platinum means 'little silver' but except for the colour it's actually not like silver at all. Platinum is one of the least reactive metals. It has remarkable resistance to corrosion, even at high temperatures, and is therefore considered a noble metal where silver isn't. It's a very 'cool' metal though, used in a lot of high tech engineering applications. And it's this coolness we tried to grasp in this latest D A I S Y J A M E S wallcover: The Platinum. Hard lines and the silverest grey we could find.

- The Song NO.2 Oh how sad it is to be a bird in winter. Their tree homes slowly wither away and there's not much food to go around. Then comes spring and with it that characteristic sight of a single bird singing its lungs out on a tree branch. A foreboding of what's to come. It's that exact moment that we tried to catch and 'put on wall' in this wallcover: The Song.

- The Hosta The Hosta, Plantain lilly, or Heartlilly, is a type of plant that's much beloved for its impressive shades of green and it's shadow tollerance. They're native to northeast asia but have found their way in many a garden in the rest of the world. All hosta's are edible too (although they are poisenous to dogs and horses). In our humble opinion, however, they are more at place in the garden than on our plates. This latest D A I S Y J A M E S wallcover uses hosta's as inspiration for a flowery bouquet that might be just perfect for your wall.

- The Autumn Autumn is the season of change. It's not everyones favourite season, being the one that starts the decline and recession of nature, before it arrives at its low point in the middle of the winter. It is, however, the most interesting season colorwise, when all the green is no longer required, yellow, brown, red and purple come to take its place. Fruits and seeds fall from the trees and the animal world is buzzing with all the winter preperations. It's also a melancholic time. The possibilities and opportunities of summer are gone, and the chill of winter is on the horizon. D A I S Y J A M E S loves the fall and its moody aestethic, and this new wallcover translates that affection to your wall.
-
- The Deep Remember those old Windows screensavers? Those with the beams crisscrossing through each other until you end up with something like this? A very crowded cage-like structure with lines going from en to everywhere. I was always fascinated by it and it seems to have been a big inspiration for this wallcover. As you can see it works perfectly around corners, enhancing the effect, really. A very interesting wallcover you won't see every day. D A I S Y J A M E S likes to cover your wall with tiny details and has certainly succeeded here.

- The Crowned Past Cranes are among the most magnificant crowned birds on the planet and having featured a prominent role in our Wallcover: The Past this Crowned Crane now gets one all for its very own. In an asymetrical bubble pattern, on a cool grey backdrop with hints of green. Just like with our wallcover: The past D A I S Y J A M E S tries to capture beauty of nature in general, but with a hint of nostalgia, and the fears that in a century, old, worn, discolored images are all we have left of what once was.
-
- The Past Dim Another take on our crowned Wallcover: The Past. Featuring a more tropical landscape hinting at waterfalls in the disctance, but again with a certain coolness that implies a more sofisticated story. This isn't just a celebration of life and nature. There is a certain sadness dripping through the lines. It looks more like a photo than it does a lively image and that is kind of the point. It's like a memory. A snapshot with nostalgia as its sole purpose. Or maybe we can still learn from the past.
-
- The Specs Abstract and full of glitter. Our Wallcover: The specs is as D A I S Y J A M E S as they get. Perfect if you like it a bit louder, this high contrast wallcover featuring sharp silver lines on a black backdrop. The hints of blue and red on especially the right side of the wallcover make it that more lively and mysterious. Closer inspection might have you distinguish the sunglasses that give the wallcover its name, something you then can't unsee. Clearly not for the faint of heart! but when you find a suitable wall for this one it's surely gonna blow the spectators away.
-
- The Verge You have patterns, and you have patterns. This true D A I S Y J A M E S is most certainly not your everyday pattern. With nuance and detail that you won't find anywhere else. The beige finishing gives it a soft touch, even though it's still a rather high contrast wallcover. Attention will most certainly be drawn to it!

- The Streak NO.2 Every zebra in the entire herd, has a stripe pattern unlike any other. D A I S Y J A M E S loves this individuality, and how beautiful they are to see. People believe these stripes confuse lions (who can only see in black and white) and others believe they are used for camouflage. This last explenation seems pretty unlikely to us, as their habitat is neither black nor white.

It has been there for a big part of its creation however, and its long lasting presense certainly helped make the end result what it is today. This pinkish-brown wallcover, heavily inspired by impressionistic art nouveau just breathes class. There's a worn looking pattern that just yearns for further inspection, and as much D A I S Y J A M E S in there as one would want.

- The Past It is sad that a view like on the wallcover, with birds in abundance, will soon be a vision of the past. Most of the animals that we have come to share the world with are all but extinct. The seas will soon be truely be fishless, and the land we'll share with small rodents. The yellow colours on this wallcover make it look like it's one of them old images hanging in schools' classrooms. Those that were made in simpler times, times where learning all the animals around a pond seemed very decent natural education. With our new Wallcover: The past D A I S Y J A M E S tries to capture beauty of nature in general, but with a hint of nostalgia, and the fears that in a century, old, worn, discolored images are all we have left of what once was.

- The Bird of Paradise Colour In a paradise there's food aplenty. So much, in fact, that the dad-birds of some species don't have to help with feeding their offspring. This gives them a lot of spare time to come up with the most bizarre, (to us) attractive (to birds) and remarkable (to us) mating rituals, songs and choreographies. These are ever evolving, cause the competition isn't sitting still. They only live in paradise though, (for them being Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, and Northeastern Australia) so if you want to enjoy them you have to fly there (Sooner rather than later as deforestation is endangering most of the species) Or just decorate your wall with this D A I S Y J A M E S wallcover featuring birds of paradise in all their splendor.

- The Crown Green Sometimes we at D A I S Y J A M E S marvel at how birds seem to be made for walls. Even if they're not made for walls they still end up on a lot of our wallcovers, as is the case with The Crown. This wallcover features a string of blossom along the bottom of the wallcover, which passes into a pattern not unlike those ornaments seen on old cast-iron fences. It's a very pleasant wallcover that's available in petrol and red as well as green, so be sure to check those out too.
